Cuboree Registration Help

Introduction
Cuboree Registration website exists to collect planning information from all the participants in order to make the event run smoother for all involved. The key information we need for planning is the number of campers so we can allocate camp sites, and the number of cub scouts and tiger scouts so we can plan for the events.
There are several screens in the registration form.

Registration Menu - used to navigate to other screens.

Data Entry - used to enter and update your registration records.

Reports - shows you a summary of the information we have already collected.

Register for Cuboree.

Go to Cuboree Registration page.

If you adult contact name is not listed, then Click on the New
Registration at top of screen.

Enter the registration information and all Required Fields* (*
fields are required)

Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen.

You will see a red message on the bottom of screen that indicates your record has been saved.

Update my pack registration information.

Go to Cuboree Registration page.

Find your name in the list.
-
Click the EDIT hyperlink next to your pack.

If prompted, enter your password.
- This will take you toe the EditRegistration page.
- Update any of the fileds as needed, being sure to update all Required fields.(*)
- You will see a red message on the bottom of screen that indicates your record has been saved.

Print my registration info.
Once you have updated your recored and clicked save, you can click the print button on the browser window, and your reqistration information will be saved.

Get an email confirmation of my registration.
Check a box at the bottom of the registration page if you would like to get an email confirmation for registration.

Send in money for Registration.

Write a check to S.H.A.C

Include #xxx0xxx-xxx-xxx

Cost is 8.50 per scout or tiger before oct 1.

Cost is 10 per scout or tiger on or after Oct. 1

Include your Pack Number on the check.

Reset my password.

The password you use for your pack will automatically be remembered when you come back to this web site.

If your browser does not all cookies to be written, this feature will not work.

You can click the link at the bottom of the web page, and it will email the password to you. The mail is sent to the account that was set up.

If you did not set up a mail account, then you can contact Pauline... (xxx-xxx-xxxx) and she will reset your password.

View Schedule Rotation.

Go to Cuboree Registration page.

Click on the Reports hyperlink.
-
Select the "Rotation Schedule" from the report picklist.

The rotation schedule will be displayed.

Registration Summary
The Registration Summary page shows all the current registration information. At the top of the screen there are several options.
There is a table that is displayed with an Edit hyperlink in the first column.

Administrator Screens
There are two screens that are only used by the Cuboree Administrators. These screeens are passowrd protected and can only be accessed by the Cuboree Administrators.

Common Admin Tasks

Reset a password for a pack

Assign a pack to a campsite and rotation.

Reset a password

Go to Cuboree Registration page.
- Click on the Admin hyperlink.
- Enter the Admin Password when prompted.
- Select a Pack from the list on the left. The values will be displayed on right.
- Type in the new password.
- Click the Save button.
- A red confirmation message will appear on the bottom.
- Make sure you contact the pack contact to let them know their password has been reset.

Assign a pack to a campsite and rotation.

Go to Cuboree Registration page.
- Click on the Admin hyperlink.
- Enter the Admin Password when prompted.
- Select a Pack from the list on the left. The values will be displayed on right.
- Select a campsite from the picklist.
- Select a rotation schedule from the picklist.
- Click the Save button.
- A red confirmation message will appear on the bottom.
- Make sure you contact the pack contact to let them know they have been assigned a schedule.
